1.1 Information You Provide Directly

- Business information: annual revenue, team size, services offered, geographic service area
- Payment information: processed through secure third-party processors; Breach Solutions does not store full card numbers
- Communications: emails, form submissions, chat messages, voice calls, and SMS exchanges
- Survey and diagnostic responses submitted through our Audit Snapshot intake process
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device and browser information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers
- Usage data: pages visited, time spent, links clicked, and navigation patterns on breachsolutions.net
- Call data: call recordings, transcripts, duration, and metadata from Breachr voice interactions
- SMS data: message content, timestamps, and delivery status from AI-assisted SMS communications
- Cookies and tracking technologies as described in Section 6
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- CRM platform data synced from client-authorized integrations
- Public business information used for prospect research and outbound outreach
- Data appended from lawful third-party providers for business qualification purposes
2. How We Use Your Information
Breach Solutions uses collected information to:
- Deliver, manage, and improve our services
- Communicate about your account, services, or support requests
- Process payments and maintain financial records
- Operate AI-assisted voice and SMS systems on behalf of clients
- Analyze call recordings and transcripts for quality assurance and system improvement
- Send marketing and business communications (subject to your consent and applicable law)
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- Conduct internal research and development to improve our AI systems
3. Call Recording and AI Interaction Disclosure
Breach Solutions and its clients may record voice calls and log SMS communications for quality assurance, training, compliance, and service improvement. When calls are handled by Breachr AI systems:
- Callers are informed at the start of the interaction that the call may be recorded
- Call recordings and transcripts may be reviewed by Breach Solutions personnel and client contacts
- Recordings are stored in secured cloud infrastructure with role-based access controls
- Recordings may be used to train and improve AI model performance
California residents: Calls into or out of California are governed by the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA), which requires all-party consent for call recording. Breach Solutions systems include disclosure at the start of all recorded calls. Clients deploying Breachr for their own customers are responsible for maintaining CIPA-compliant configurations.
4. How We Share Your Information
Breach Solutions does not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers: Third-party vendors performing services on our behalf under contractual data protection obligations
- Client-authorized sharing: When clients direct us to integrate with their own business tools
- Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality obligations
- Protection of rights: When necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Breach Solutions, its clients, or others
5. Data Retention
Breach Solutions retains personal information as long as necessary to fulfill collection purposes, maintain client records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements:
- Active client records: retained for the duration of the engagement plus seven (7) years
- Prospect and lead records: retained for up to three (3) years from last interaction
- Call recordings: retained for up to two (2) years unless a client agreement specifies otherwise
- Payment records: retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations
Upon written request to delete data, we will process deletion requests within thirty (30) days, subject to our right to retain data required by law or for fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Breachsolutions.net uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience, analyze site traffic, and support marketing functions:
- Essential cookies: Required for site functionality and security. Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies: Used to understand visitor interaction with the site. May be disabled without affecting core function.

No system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your information, Breach Solutions will notify affected parties as required by applicable law.
8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
- Right to Know: Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about you
- Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information we hold, subject to legal exceptions

9. AI Disclosure and Transparency
Consistent with emerging state and federal requirements, Breach Solutions discloses when AI systems are used in customer-facing interactions:
- Breachr AI voice assistants identify themselves at the start of calls and can transfer to a human representative upon request
- AI-generated SMS communications include disclosure language compliant with applicable state laws
- Clients using Breachr to communicate with their own customers are responsible for maintaining required disclosures in their jurisdictions
Breach Solutions monitors evolving AI disclosure requirements at the state level, including California, Florida, Vermont, and Utah, and updates its practices accordingly.
10. Children's Privacy
Breach Solutions services are designed for business owners and commercial enterprises. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, contact us immediately at legal@breachsolutions.net and we will delete such information promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients and posted on breachsolutions.net. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of the document. Continued use of our services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
