By accessing breachsolutions.net, scheduling any service, or engaging Breach Solutions in any capacity, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to all terms below. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of all Breach Solutions services and properties.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing breachsolutions.net, scheduling an Complimentary Business Review, engaging any Breach Solutions service, or communicating with Breach Solutions representatives or AI-assisted systems, you enter a binding legal agreement with MAZC19 Enterprises LLC, doing business as Breach Solutions. If you access or use our services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. Continued access after any modification constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

Breach Solutions provides AI-assisted revenue recovery and business operations services to owner-operated home service businesses of every trade, including HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, and related home-service trades. system and include:

• Complimentary Business Review: complimentary 15-30 minute diagnostic consultation (no charge)
• Full Operations Audit: paid diagnostic assessment ($2,000), creditable toward any tier setup fee within 90 days
• Defend Tier: entry-level Breachr deployment ($1,500 setup + $997/month): 24/7 inbound call coverage, speed-to-lead enforcement, qualification, routing, and appointment booking
• Recover Tier: intermediate Breachr deployment ($3,000 setup + $1,997/month): everything in Defend plus automated missed-call recovery, multi-touch follow-up enforcement, lead reengagement, and conversion tracking
• Command Tier: full revenue engine ($6,000 Infrastructure Build + $3,997/month): everything in Defend and Recover plus database reactivation campaigns, structured outbound revenue sequences, sales continuity enforcement, revenue attribution reporting, and SLA-backed governance
• CRM configuration, automation setup, and workflow design
• Content, strategy, and operational consulting

Services are delivered through a combination of proprietary systems, licensed third-party platforms, and human oversight. Breach Solutions does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes.

3. Eligibility

Services are available to business owners and authorized representatives operating lawful commercial enterprises in the United States. Breach Solutions reserves the right to decline service to any party at its sole discretion.

4. Use of AI-Assisted Systems

Breach Solutions deploys AI-powered tools including voice assistants, SMS agents, and automated follow-up systems (collectively, "Breachr") to handle inbound and outbound communications on behalf of clients. AI-generated responses are not legal, financial, or professional advice. Clients are responsible for ensuring their customer contact lists and outreach practices comply with all applicable laws including TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and California CCPA/CPRA.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Breach Solutions services or systems to violate any applicable law, infringe on any third-party rights, transmit spam or unsolicited messages, reverse engineer any Breach Solutions system, or attempt unauthorized access to any Breach Solutions system, account, or data.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on breachsolutions.net and within Breach Solutions systems is the exclusive intellectual property of MAZC19 Enterprises LLC. No portion may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breach Solutions' total liability for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. Breach Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved first by informal negotiation (15 business days), then by binding arbitration in San Diego County, California under JAMS or AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law.

10. Modifications

Breach Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
